レーシングサイドカー（ニーラー）で女子高生たちが熱い火花を散らすテレビアニメーション作品。バイクやクルマに詳しい人にグラフィックデザインをお願いしたいということで、各チームのマーク、サイドカー、レーシングスーツ、ヘルメットのグラフィックデザインを担当しました。デザインしたものが映像の中で活き活きと活躍することは、実物ができあがることとはまた違った感動がありました。
Tsukaa, TWOCAR RACING SIDECAR is a Japanese animated TV series in which high school girls race against each other in their motorcycle sidecars. As the production team wanted to work with a professional automobile designer for their graphic design, I was invited to design each team’s logo, car paint schemes, racing suits, and helmets. It gave me a different sense of accomplishment to see my design come alive in animated shows.
